• Once a driver has accepted your request, you will be able to view their name, vehicle details, and track them in real-time on the map, including an estimated time of arrival (ETA).
• After reaching your destination safely, you can rate your driver and provide feedback to help enhance our services.
• An eReceipt will be sent to your email for your records.
